How much do you charge for Storage?
Our high-security storage containers start from as little as £55 per month. We offer a variety of storage options to suit your needs, whether you have a few items or an entire household to store. How secure are your storage facilities?
At Smooth Store Wirral, your peace of mind is our top priority. Our storage facilities feature:
- 24/7 CCTV surveillance to monitor the premises continuously.

What are your operating hours?
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to visit us during those hours!
Please note, we leave at 4pm so if you want to access, please arrive earlier and allow time for loading and unloading your storage PODS.
How do I book a storage unit?
To book a storage unit, simply call us on 0151 342 2222 or visit our booking page for all our contact details and select a time slot that works for you. Once we know when you are coming, we will have your Container (POD) ready at our Warehouse Shutter door for you. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us!
What is the minimum rental period for a storage unit?
You can store with us for just a few days if necessary. We do however ask for 3 months upfront. If you collect your belongings earlier, we’ll refund you the difference.
Is insurance required for my stored items?
All your belongings are fully insured as standard. We do offer extra cover if required. Please Contact us for further details.
Do you provide packing materials and boxes?
We currently offer one size box in house. We have access to a variety of options including boxes, tape, padding etc.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?
At Smooth Store Wirral, we strive for transparency in our pricing. There are no hidden fees or charges associated with our storage services. Is there a limit to how often I can access my storage unit?

Do you offer moving or transportation services?
Smooth Store Wirral does not offer in-house removals, but we can connect you with a list of highly recommended and reputable movers who can assist with your moving and transportation needs. If you’re interested, please feel free to get a quote or contact us for more information!
