MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE FULL STORAGE SERVICE:

The vehicle we use to collect your possessions depends on how you want us to store your possesions.

If you have chosen the FULL TRADITIONAL CONTAINERISED STORAGE SERVICE, then we use our CONTAINER STORAGE WAGON (picture..). This system is great where you do NOT need to access your possessions whilst they are being stored. Our specialist vehicle is loaded with up to 3 empty containers, driven to where you are and the containers are filled "in-situ". (see photos of the container storage process ... ). We make a basic list of what is going in to each container but do advisethat you supply us with a comprehensive list of what is being stored AND take out suitable cover with us. If storing in one of our STATIC STORAGE ROOMS is preferred, for whatever reason, then we just collect your possessions in a traditional wagon or van, take them back to Smooth Store, and unload them into a suitable sized unit. Depending on your instructions we would either leave the items so they can be accessed via a corridor or just fully fill the storage unit used. :

We deliver back in a similar manner, with you booking via our office. All bookings are subject to availability.

SELF STORAGE

You deliver (or even another removals company, man and van, friends etc):

We store: In a suitable sized steel unit in our new, purpose built warehouse in Neston, West Wirral.

You collect: Access to self storage units is free at the times we open the unit. When emptying a unit you just need to make sure the bill is paid up in full.

Subject to availability of the Box Van and Driver (and if you qualify for it), our BOX VAN and a DRIVER are available FREE to help bring your items in to smooth store.

The amount of free time you are allotted depends on how long you will be in store with us.

6 months or over: Available for full duration of your move into storage. Subject to "fair use" proviso and our Terms and Conditions. Details here ...

3 months or over: 2 hours free, thereafter £30.00 + vat per hour.

Less than 3 months: 1 hour free, thereafter £30.00 + vat per hour.
